Sandpiper Lakes Homeowners' Association

Mission Statement

As an instrument of the residents of Sandpipers Lakes in Westfield, Indiana, we intend to achieve a limited number of very simple and specific goals.

Stated Goals

  1. To operate your HOA in as fiscally responsible a manner as possible.
  2. To consistently and effectively enforce the covenants to the fullest extent neccesary and maintain common areas to protect property values.
  3. To create a neighborhood where safety, friendship, community, and teamwork exist through social gatherings, communication and maintenance of our common areas.
